Central Cooling Module for Diesel Engines

Combined Module consiting of:

• Seawater Central Cooler, heat exchanged 6.172 kW
• Nozzle Cooling Water Unit, 3,2 m³/h cooling water
• Cooling Water Preheating Unit, electric heated 102 kW
• Cooling Water Pump for MDO Cooler, capacity 19 m³/h

FRESH-WATER PREHEATING UNIT

• Electric Heater 157,5 kW (7 steps - each 22,5 kW)
• 2 Centrifugal pumps, each 10 m³/h - 6 bar
• Water tank, Volume 1,5 m³

   - Diaphragm pump for sludge discharge

SLUDGE DISCHARGE PUMP MODULE

2 Peristaltic pumps suction the sludge with particle sizes up to 8mm from the tank and discharge to vehicles.
